WE manufacture drum feeder to feed the even and regulated feeding of bulk and piece loads from any type of  feed chutes and other loading devices to transport the husk & Baggas etc through bottom side screw feeder to other station to process the equipment.The output of feeders is regulated by changing the speed of the feeder’s drive and the size of the discharge opening in the bunker. In vibrating feeders it can also be regulated by changing the frequency and amplitude of the oscillations. it is a horizontal  equipment  with inside rotating drum with cleats to shift the material in outlet hopper We are manufacturing wide range of Drum Feeder  in Stainless steel , Carbon Steel , Alloy Steel, Mild steel  (IS : 2062).etc.

Manufacturing Standard

We are manufacturing as per  ASME, IS & International Standard  Codes  to perform high quality equipment.

Testing

Drum feeder will be checked in running conditinon on desire speed after completion the fabrication.

Internal Inspection & Documentation System

Equipment will be internal inspected by our Q.C engineer with complete internal record of inspection & Quality Inspection documentation.

Finishing & Painting

All inner & outer Surface of vessel are  Prepared  as per Standard where  required. All M.S. Parts will be painted one coat of red oxide primer after surface preparation &  two coat of enamel paint.
