MD Screw Conveyor

We manufacture wide range of Screw conveyors. It is used horizontally or at a slight inclination in u shape & round shape as an efficient way to move Powder & semi-solid materials. These can have a greater pitch spacing, resulting in a higher capacity without an increase in rotation speed. They usually consist of a trough containing either a spiral coiled around a shaft, driven at one end and held at the other, or a Shaft less Spiral, driven at one end and free at the other. Screw Conveyors can be operated with the flow of material inclined upward. When space allows, this is a very economical method of elevating and conveying. It is important to understand, however, that as the angle of inclination increases, the allowable capacity of a given unit rapidly decreases. We manufacture 1000 kg./hr. to 10000 kg./ hr. with the standard of GMP /NON GMP  in  Stainless steel grade 304,316, Alloy Steel & M.S (IS 2062).We offer Screw conveyors efficient way to move semi-solid materials.& consist of a trough containing either a spiral coiled around a shaft, driven at one end and held at the other, or a Shaft less Spiral, driven at one end and free at the other.

Manufacturing Standard

We are manufacturing as per  IS Standard & International  Codes for pressure vessels to perform high quality equipment.

Testing

Running test will be carried out  after complition the fabrication work.

Internal Inspection & Documentation System

Conveyor will be internal inspected by our Q.C engineer with complete internal record of inspection & Quality Inspection documentation.​

Finishing & Painting

All inner & outer Surface of vessel are  Prepared  as per GMP /NON GMP Standard where  required. All M.S. Parts will be painted one coat of red oxide primer after surface preparation &  two coat of enamel paint.
