M.D.Shuttering for Hammer Head, Portal Beam & Cast in Situ wire duct span.
We are manufacturing shuttering for as per client drawing & requirements in Mild steel (IS 2062) as per standard fabrication practice for DMRC & Highway projects etc. We have manufactured Hammer Head for Barrapulla Elevated Coridore, Portal Beams shutterin for Gurgoan Meto Project, Gitorni Delhi Metro Coridore,Mundka Metro Coridore, Cast in situ for Mundka Metro Coridore, Inder puri to madhipur metro Coridore. for DSC Limited, Punjllyod, IDEB Infrastructure & Simplex Infrastructure.
Internal Inspection & Documentation System
Equipment will be internal inspected by our Q.C engineer with complete internal record of inspection & Quality Inspection documentation.
Finishing & Painting
All M.S. Parts will be painted after surface preparation one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of enamel paint.
Application
To cast the pier & Pier cap in cast in situ position.
